Privacy Policy

Adapt (“the app”) is an adaptive workout log published by Cimbolic Productions.

Details

• No account. The app has no sign-up, login, or user accounts.
• Local storage only. Your profile (name, experience level, training preferences), workout logs, and soreness ratings are stored in the app’s local storage on your device. They never leave it.
• No network access. The app has no backend server and makes no network requests. It works fully offline.
• No analytics or tracking. No analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, no crash reporters, no cookies, no device identifiers.
• No third-party sharing. Since nothing is collected, nothing is shared.

Your data, your control

• Export. More → Export training data gives you your complete data as JSON.
• Delete. More → Erase everything permanently deletes all app data. Uninstalling the app does the same.

Your purchase

Adapt is a paid app. The purchase happens entirely on Google Play, which is the seller of record — the app itself contains no payment code and makes no network requests of any kind.

• Google processes the payment. Your card details go to Google, never to us. We never see, receive, or store them.
• What we can see. Google Play Console shows us aggregate sales and statistics — things like how many purchases happened in a country, and anonymised crash and install counts. We cannot identify you from it.
• Google's own handling of your purchase is covered by the Google Privacy Policy, not this one.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play. See the terms of sale.

Children

Adapt is intended for adults (18+). It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If a future version of the app ever changes any of the above (for example, an optional cloud backup), this policy will be updated first and the change will be called out in the app.
